My cat has allergies and needs antibiotics sometimes when she breaks out. The doctor shaved a bit of hair around an allergy wound and charged an extra $45. They then shaved off a scab that now looks much much worse. The area was healing and they made it an open bleeding wound. This was not necessary and no one told me it was an extra cost. I’ve treated her several times before and she heals just fine without being shaved. It may not seem like much, but it’s difficult to handle when you are already broke and I would have appreciated more transparency.

Absolutely Amazing staff. Had the patience and understanding that was needed for notably our pet but for us to. very helpful and understanding our questions and had no problem taking the time to answer them. Didnt feel rushed to get rocket in and out. Explained in detail how rocket did.
