This place is a disgrace. My cat was diagnosed with FIC and we were in desperate need of Hills prescription urinary c/d stress chicken cat food. We called every veterinarian clinic and pet stores (anywhere that sells prescription cat food). The ONLY place we could find it available was at Pinecrest Clinic. They refused to sell us any. Not even one can because we weren’t a patient of theirs. The only thing they want is money they don’t care about sick animals. My daughter begged them and told them we had a prescription from our vet but they said our Vet said no that they would not sell us any. I know they have the right to refuse but really this is a sick animal that needs prescription food. We ended up finding some but we had to travel over 1 hr to get it. The only place we found it was in Asheville NC at petsmart. Don’t give them anymore of your money take your babies somewhere that cares about animals not just money.

the front desk staff and vet techs were all super sweet and helpful! The female “cat lady” veterinarian was sweet with my cat, but made several rude/ passive aggressive comments about my cat’s weight, brand of flea collar, and feeding schedule. I switched vet offices afterward due to her poor attitude.

Today is a very sad day for my husband and me, we had to have our first furbaby put down. He was 9 and had been through alot with us.. he was the ring bear at our wedding , I could go on and on, but I won't I had to see a vet today and I found this place and they are the most wonderful people have ever met. They took their time with us and explained in great detail what would happen and what options we had. Very kind with us. Let us take all the time we needed. Incredibly nice people. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. ❤️

We have gone to pinecrest vet for years and they have been great with our 2 dogs! They have always been accommodating for short notice visits and are very responsive to phone calls and messages. All the staff and the vets have been extremely friendly and polite.
